(Don’t worry though – if there’s less than 15 of you, you can just get on an book an adventure for yourselfonline or by giving us a call).
We’ve got a helpful crew that will pack out a day for you – trust us, we’ve had eight years of experience putting together days that will never be forgotten. There’s so much choice of what you can enjoy in the forest…
Our Tree Top Adventure (Getting out in the open, having fun and being more adventurous).
Our Forest Segway Experience (We’ve not had this certified, but we think it could be the most fun you can have on two wheels).
Forest Biking (The thrill of pelting along dirt tracks never gets old).
Tree Top Junior (For those under 10!)
Our Events Team can add the following:

Residents of London encouraged to visit Swansea the only Premier City in Wales

Residents of London encouraged to visit Swansea the only Premier City in Wales

Many thousands of shoppers, workers, residents and visitors are being greeted by breathtaking images of Swansea Bay when they're out and about in central London.

Swansea Council has put up promotional posters of Gower in several parts of the city in the build-up to the Swans taking on teams like West Ham, Reading and Chelsea at the Liberty Stadium in the Barclays Premier League.
The posters show Rhossili Bay and encourage Londoners to escape the big smoke and take in some sea air when visiting the Swansea Bay area for world class football.
Posters have gone up in busy shopping areas in Westminster, Hammersmith, Islington, Kensington, Chelsea and Camden. They include QR (Quick Response) codes that people with smart phones can scan over to be automatically redirected to the official Visit Swansea Bay website.
The Swans take on newly-promoted West Ham in their first home Premier League game of the season on Saturday (August 25).
Cllr Nick Bradley, Swansea Council's Cabinet Member for Regeneration, said: "We undertook a similar marketing campaign in central London last season and it was very successful. It encouraged many fans of clubs like Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal to spend quality time in Swansea Bay instead of just travelling down for 90 minutes or so of football at the Liberty Stadium. It also hopefully raised the awareness of Swansea Bay as a visitor destination to non-football supporters.
"We now need to build on that success, make sure we replicate activities that worked and continue to think of innovative ways to attract more fans in the months to come.
"These areas of London have been targeted for promotional marketing because of the footfall there and it was always our intention to attract fans of newly-promoted clubs like West Ham and Reading – many of whom may never have been to Swansea before.
"West Ham is a very popular club among Londoners and many people commute to central London every day from Reading."
Swansea Council has also organised a visit for Daily Mirror journalists this weekend to coincide with the football. This means many millions of Brits will soon be reading about Swansea Bay as a place to visit. The journalists have been sent an itinerary that takes in Swansea, Mumbles and Gower.

A big congrats to RNLI Beach Lifeguard  Nick Dowrick for recently winning his second Welsh Longboard Title.  The RNLI play a massive part in the Surf Gower community, keeping beaches safe and of course giving young surfers a chance of a good job with superb training.  Please support the RNLI whenever you get a chance.
Love the Beach.

After a hot spell in May many beaches including Caswell Bay and Rhossili Beach were left in an awful state almost resembling that of a music festival site. Please keep the beach clean and tidy by taking all your trash home with you or dispose in the bins provided. Most importantly if you do smoke please remember ‘no butts on the beach’ as they kill birds and marine life.  Leave nothing but your footprints on the beach.
Thanks!
Simon Jayham, SurfGSD

Swansea Bay region reaches for the Sky

Swansea Bay region reaches for the Sky

Millions of people across the world will again be tuning into Swansea Bay for live Premier League action before the end of November.

Sky Sports will be showing the West Ham, Everton and Liverpool games live from the Liberty Stadium – that's three of the Swans' first eight home games of the new season.
The West Ham game takes place on August 25, the Everton game on September 22 and the much-awaited Liverpool game on November 25 when ex-manager Brendan Rodgers returns to Swansea for the first time since leaving the club earlier this summer.
Swansea Council tourism experts say the coverage will help raise Swansea Bay's profile as a destination even further.
Cllr Nick Bradley, the Council's Cabinet Member for Regeneration, said: "A lot was achieved last season in terms of making the most of the city's Premier League status, putting destination Swansea Bay on the map and attracting football fans and their families to the area.
"But the real challenge is building on that success and making sure we take advantage of every opportunity that's presented to promote the city and surrounding area.
"Swansea has developed a reputation as being a friendly city because local accommodation and activity providers, pubs, restaurants and residents did a fantastic job last season in extending a warm, Welsh 'Croeso' to visiting fans. This will have helped encourage many of them to come back to Swansea Bay in future either for another away game or for a general leisure holiday.
"As a council, it's important we continue to be as innovative as possible in our marketing efforts to ensure the whole destination continues to benefit from the worldwide exposure the Premier League generates."
The West Ham match at the Liberty Stadium builds-up to a series of major concerts in Singleton Park as part of Swansea Council's Swansea Bay Festival. Status Quo will perform at the park on the evening of Saturday August 25 and Steps will take to the stage on the evening of Sunday August 26.
Cllr Bradley said: "The appointment of one of the world's greatest ever footballers in Michael Laudrup as the Swans' new manager means the first home game of the season against West Ham will already be an occasion to remember.
"But the combination of the Premier League action and the major concerts at Singleton Park will help attract thousands of visitors to the city and give the local economy a boost as we head into September and the autumn."
The other Swans' home games before the end of November come against Sunderland, Wigan, Reading, Chelsea and West Bromwich Albion.
