LC Swansea have the set4sport roadshow coming to town

The Set4Sport roadshow is coming the the LC!

Judy Murray is bringing the Set4Sport roadshow to The LC Swansea on Friday 19th August 2011. Set4Sport showcases fun and accessible ways for parents to play with their children that develop the skills required for playing sport.

Supported by RBS, the Set4Sport programme centres around a book of activities, ball skills and exercises based on games Judy played with her sons Andy and Jamie when they were growing up. The programme shows parents ways they can help their children acquire basic physical skills in a fun environment. The games can easily be recreated at home using basic equipment such as soft balls and everyday items you’ll have around the home.

Judy and her team of coaches will be visiting the The LC on Friday 19th August 2011 from 11am until 3pm with a selection of games from the book that both parents and children can take part in. What’s more, a limited number of Set4Sport books will be available for parents to take home on the day.
